Out of range monitor

hi there
i am having a trouble here, my little brother is using my pc and done something stupid whenever i boot, windows 8 sign appears at it says out of range, i am using quadro k2200 gpu, i tried to change video settings and used onboard graphics instead and it worked, but how can i change gpu graphic resolution from there?? and when i connect it to uhd tv still nothing came

right click the desktop and go to nvidia control panel. there should be a change resolution option there.
