OUTAD GPU? Anyone has tried this?

Hello people,

has anyone tried the OUTAD graphic cards from newegg? They have a super good deal and it seems a little too good to be true. I cant really find reviews or any information about those online.

GTX 1060 for around 100$ cdn

It's fake, Nvidia 10XX series cards don't support VGA connections and there's no 5G version of the 1060, only a 3/6gb version.

yea that's what I thought. Doesn't seem legit at all.... or at least too good to be true!

I would check the rest of the specs and compare it to the specs for the 3gb and the 6gb 1060, if they are the same as the 6gb, then I would buy it. If they are 3gb specs, I'd think about it harder.

I contacted newegg directly and I asked the same question. They told me the product was shipped from china and they sold quite a lot, with no complain yet. very strange because the price is so much lower.

Even if it's some Chinese knockoff the price is insanely low especially in Canada. They do have a return policy so you can give it a shot however I would use GPUZ to identify the card as I highly doubt it's any variation of the 1060.

I know, but it still sucks to have to resend everything back in china! Big waste of time imo

I think that's what USAFRet was trying to emphasis as it's in bold, but yes it's probably not worth all the trouble. Also I can't imagine the shipping being cheap, I was going to send a GPU to someone in Brazil (US-Brazil) and it was like a min $50 charge and weeks to get there, not worth it considering it was a cheap card (550 ti).

As Wildcard said , the 10xx only have digital outputs not analogue. If it's got a VGA connector it's a fake. The net is rife with them from wish, AliExpress and eBay all at fantasticly low prices. All they usually are are old gt510 cards with a reflashed BIOS. A great deal of Chinese vendors only have export licences so returns get stuck in customs because they can't accept them and claim not to have received the returned product.
