Outdoor camera

not sure if this is the right area or not but I'm trying to find a outdoor webcam that is capable of doing -20 Fahrenheit. It will be used to monitor the conditions of a ski resort in Wisconsin and will be mounted outside. I would also like to have it hooked up to the internet so it can be viewed through a web page. Thanks for any help

I use an outdoor enclosure system from Pelco company but never use a webcam for such application so check your operating temperature and add about 15% ± or else your camera won't last long. If you look around you might be able to find some other equipments for less.
