Outlook 2003 email error 0800ccc0d

I haven't been able to send/receive email for about 3 days. I deleted and reloaded profiles for my Comcast.net and the MSN.com accounts. The Comcast now works but the MSN does not. I get the error code above Inbox Synchonizing headers - server not found.

I know my profile is correct, passwords etc. I tried a system restore to before the problem, but it didn't work either.

Any suggestions to resolve this ??

Another piece of information is that there is not an issue sending to MSN server, only receiving
CHuck
