Outlook problems with IP-COM SE3100 multiple WAN port router

Recently implemented IP-COM SE3100 multiple WAN port router however i have found there is problem sending mails through outlook. While i bypass the router sending mails on Outlook works fine. Can anybody suggest a fix on this.

Also observed problem gets resolved automatically especially in noon time. I mean outgoing mails just works fine with the router in noon.

Can you post any of the error messages from within outlook when you attempt to send, and what type of connection do you have to your email server, IMAP/POP/Exchange.

Outlook Error "reported error (0x800CCC1A): 'Your server does not support the connection encryption type you have specified. Try changing the encryption method. Contact you mail server administrator or internet service provider for additional assistance."'
Our company email is handled by Google most of them use IMAP (imap.gmail.com) for incoming going on 993 SSL port and outgoing is smtp.gmail.comon 465 SSL port. But the funny part is outlook outgoing mails works perfectly fine after 2.15 pm without doing any configuration changes. I have implemented this router on last Sunday and tired all the option like port forwarding, changing WAN ports, working 1 wan port at a time and factory reset 3 times but no luck. ?????
your help on this will be highly appreciated.
