News Over $200 Off Nvidia RTX 3080 Ti GPU: Real Deals

That's still $400+ over MSRP -- nearly a 40% markup that cannot be explained away by tariffs, RGB, fancy plastic housing, and other details. Doesn't seem like a deal to me.

Well fake msrp can be $400 less, but this is most likely near the real msrp we may see for the rest of this GPU life span.
But it seems that Nvidia and AMD only get "msrp" prices via short time discounts, so we will also in future have these fake MSRP and real MSRP products, unless manufacturers found out that customers don´t want fake msrp products. Now it seems that new products are released without msrp, so they can keep any price they like. This makes GPU reviews very hard to do.

USD 1,199 is MSRP for RTX3080TI Founder Edition, this product Is Gigabyte OC Gaming RTX3080TI which have MSRP of USD 1,429 (https://store.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/store/?page=1&limit=9&locale=en-us&gpu=RTX 3080 Ti), so it's only have (1,570 - 1,429) USD 131, which means less than 10% markup, which is normal.

Even if you compare with the MSRP of Founder Edition, its only have (1,570 -1,199) USD 361 which is less than USD 400, so where or how you get the idea of USD 400+ from ?
