Over Clocking Cpu with just Heatsink

Would i be Able to overclcock my i7 3770k 3.5 to 4.2 with a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
without my Cpu Overheating?

I only have 1 case fan btw no other cooling. Any help would be appreciated

Yes you should be fine

But don't bet on getting a processor that overclocks-- There is a lot of variance from chip to chip...

Just remember that the "K" denotes an unlocked multiplier, not the guarantee of overclock stability.
