Question Over clocking issue

Hello, i just recently over clocked my pc i was just messing around and moving it up by 50mhz at a time in msi afterburner, then my screen went black so naturally i reset my pc. now every time i boot my pc up i get a vga light on my motherboard(white light). there is no display and the fans are running when it it on. if you have any fixes or know why my pc is doing it any feedback would be nice, Thanks!
