Question Over current detected on USB device ?

Hi there, I have MSI B450M pro vdh max... Trying new pc build, getting ' Over current on USB device detected', replaced the first motherboard trying with new one but getting same error. I did not connect any usb device to usb port, usb port looks normal, no pin bent. Checked online for solutions. Also tried resetting bios by removing CMOS battery. Same with first motherboard and with new one, anything doesn't seems to help... Can anyone give any other way... Thanks

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition.

Modular? Did you mix and match in PSU cables from other builds?

PSU would be my first suspect based on two motherboards having the same problem.
