[SOLVED] Over heat PC

Hi. Since a long time, my computer is getting very hot when play some games, and eventually says that ive a problem with the cooling system, however the toshiba software says the temparature is ok.

Im buying a cooling pad, but i dont know if that will solve the problem at all. Do i have to buy a new procesor or video board?

this is my pc:

CPU Intel® Core™ i3-3110M Processor (2.40GHz, 3MB L3 Cache)
Memory 8GB DDR3 1600MHz (4GB + 4GB)
Discrete Graphics Controller 1GB DDR3 AMD Radeon™ HD 7670M Graphics

Sorry I see that it is, go into bios and see if you can turn up cpu/case fans up to max. Clean out any vents and fans you get get access to to see if that helps.
