Over heating on AMD FX 8350

Just recently I was playing a game and PC just turned off. Later finding it's been CPU/motherboard over heating to 70 Celsius even idle 50 Celsius.

I tried replacing thermal paste and moving sink in case it was not placed right i am lost on what else it could be so please if you have anything you can think of please do help.

Are you using the stock fan?

Stock means the fan that came with the package?
If yes then yes I didnt buy any new parts since building 2 years back but suddenly past week or so high temps

Im not Overclocking but are you sure its lack of cooling its been fine last 2 years?

The stock cooler is a lot better; a TX2 can't cool a hot FX-8350.

Im not Overclocking but are you sure its lack of cooling its been fine last 2 years?

Use AMD Overdrive to check the thermal margins at full load.

Did you use the thermal paste that was already on the cooler? If so I would HIGHLY recommend removing it and getting new thermal paste. My isles went from 50 to 20 after doing that
