There are no guarantees with overclocking and 2 setups with the exact same hardware will get different results. I managed to get my 3200mhz CL16 2x16gb up to 3600mhz CL16 using 1.415v on my 3700X, but on my 5800X3D I cannot get 3600mhz CL16 to run stable even when using 1.450v, this is on the same system. With the 5800X3D I settled on 3200mhz CL14 which is stable and should perform about the same as 3600 CL16. Ultimately you need to do your own testing. However I think getting 3600mhz up to 4400 even with very loose timings is unlikely.cpu and motherboard supports it at 4400mhz
