Question Overclock 3600mhz RAM to 4400mhz ?

hey i have 32gb ram (16g x2) dual channel

it runs at 3600mhz is there qayy from bios xmp I can make it run on 4400mhz?

Methinks you are shooting too high. if it was possible they would mark it as 4400 and raise the price.
That depends much on CPU and it's IMC because much of RAM overclocking is done there. Other part is RAM itself. Most of it's OC is limited to one or eventually two steps up but trying for more than that may be too much. Besides that, even of it succeeds in raw frequency, memory latency would be sky high making performance even lower.

There are no guarantees with overclocking and 2 setups with the exact same hardware will get different results. I managed to get my 3200mhz CL16 2x16gb up to 3600mhz CL16 using 1.415v on my 3700X, but on my 5800X3D I cannot get 3600mhz CL16 to run stable even when using 1.450v, this is on the same system. With the 5800X3D I settled on 3200mhz CL14 which is stable and should perform about the same as 3600 CL16. Ultimately you need to do your own testing. However I think getting 3600mhz up to 4400 even with very loose timings is unlikely.

That leaves only RAM itself, otherwise thjjey would make an XMP for it and sell it as 4400MHz.

Keep in mind that overclocking memory also may not really improve performance. For instance, on Ryzen processors, at about 3600 or 3766, the memory controller has to switch to command clock ratio that isn't 1:1 with memory clock, which increases latency. Even at DDR4-4400, latency is still worse than DDR4-3200, at least as far as what AMD claimed.

I'm not sure how/if Intel processors are affected by this, but it is something to consider.
