Overclock my cpu makes any drive on sata disappear

When change my cpu's fsb to overclock it make the sata drives disappear from the bios. I just want to know how to fix or at least what is happening.
The specs are:
Intel core 2 duo e6420
Asus p5l 1394
Palit gt 640
WD caviar blue 120gb
Themaltake 430watt psu

How to fix - don't try overclocking a non OC cpu on a non OC mobo.

It's a stability issue. As i7Baby said, don't overclock.

But the CPU I have is OCable as well as the Mobo to wit: Asus B450-f and Ryzen 5 2600. Now what's the answer?
