If you are asking if that can be overclocked, again no.

Intel only allows true overclocking on K series CPUs and with Z chipset motherboards (Also P class back in the era of that i3-2120)

Most OEM boards don't even support the very minor overclocking that can be achieved by increasing the BCLK. This isn't great since it changes more than just the CPU speed and can lead to instability. At most you can get about 100Mhz out of a locked processor.

Almost no OEMs sell hardware with unlocked multipliers, and even when they do, it will be their most expensive models. Best to build your own if you want to do any overclocking.

If you want more performance, you can get an i7-2600 and drop it right into a desktop with an i3-2130 without much chance of it not working. Or an i5-2500/i5-2400.
