Hello,

My Gigabyte AB350-Gaming 3 motherboard will reset itself if I try to change the voltage or clockspeed on either CPU or RAM and then complete power it off (by this, I mean to unplug the cable form the outlet or turn). My bios version is F8. I have already replaced CMOS battery and it did not help. Anyone has any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

The motherboard lacks a manual CPU VCORE voltage setting, which means that you can only adjust the CPU voltage by the dynamic offset.

I have Ryzen 1700. I currently set my voltage at default (1.2V) according to HWMonitor and clock speed at 3.65Ghz. But no matter what clockspeed I set at, as long as I change it, the bios will reset itself if I boot it after unplug the power. However, if I do not turn the ErP on and do not unplug the computer from the power supply, my computer will boot up without reset bios. Also, I have turned XMP off.

I tried to increase the voltage, it did not work. I also tried to downclock the cpu too. BIOS reset after that as well, so it looks like I just can't change any setting regarding frequency and voltage in bios for some reason....
