Overclock ram increasing voltage?

Hi,

I have a Crucial 8GB DDR4 2400Mhz CL17 memory stick, and I overclocked it to 2666mhz (no change to timings) and added +0.1 volt, 1.21 from 1.2.
I didn't wanted to risk the pc not booting up, so I increased a bit, but maybe it would run on stock voltage too?
It will damage the memory stick if I'm going to use it on more voltage?
I also have overclocked my Ryzen 3 1200 to 3.7Ghz. My motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-AB350-Gaming 3.
Should I change the timings too for better perfomance in games, or it just good enough now? I don't really know anything about ocing rams.
GPU is a GTX 1050.

Thank you!

Solution
The DRAM voltage can be increased quite a bit more, but as a rule try not to exceed 1.35 V (although the memory voltage can go higher still, but it is not really recommended).

Adjustment of timings can just be experimented with.
