The motherboard isn't much of a problem because this is a 65W CPU and this motherboard can handle 105W ones - you have some margin.
The chip itself is your main limit - this is actually a Zen+ 12nm part, and those just don't overclock well. You may push a few extra FPS from the integrated GPU if you overclock that part, but the best way to improve performance on that chip is by using good quality, fast, low latency RAM...

If you use the integrated graphics, a 16 Gb kit of dual channel DDR4 3200 C14 may give you better results than whatever overclock you may achieve. Activating PBO would be your best bet, but if you want to keep the original cooler, you need to ventilate the case well.

THANK YOU FOR THE ANSWER
i can't buy 16gb ram , i can buy only 12gb ram but i want to know which one is better according to my motherboard:
1- 3*4GB = 12gb
2- 8GB + 4GB = 12GB

Forget about either - using non paired sticks disables dual channel, that's a 25% (up to 40%) performance hit.
Your best bet then would be 4x4 Gb RAM. What is your current RAM stick?

my current system is ddr3
i want to buy Asus B450m-a motherboard + ryzen 3400g APU
so i wanted to know what rams i should buy as ryzen 3400g integrated graphic uses 2gb of ram.

No, it doesn't - it either allocates RAM automatically on use (recommended) or up to a quarter of the RAM statically in BIOS for compatibility with some games (so, with 16 Gb, it can be 4 Gb).
So, get 16 Gb of RAM (2x8 DDR4 3200 C14 is the best performance/price ratio, from what I could test personally) and call it a day.
