Question Overclock ryzen 5825u

i want to overclock this apu: 5825u , i don't have graphic card so just want to get better performance in games by oc the apu

i've read somewhere on redit that we can oc this apu with Ryzen Controller , AMD APU Tuning Utility and etc. AMD APU Tuning Utility has special profile for Ryzen 5825u too!

i wanted to know wether it's safe to do so or not?!
and do i really get good performance gain or not?

OC on a laptop? No, the cooling solution in a laptop is barely enough for stock settings.

as mentioned above, CPU temperature is important, if it gets already high in games, then you dont have headroom for overclock, but you could undervolt your CPU/iGPU , so both will boost higher at same temperatures

Yeah it gets up to 50° in heavy loading in games (i use a cooling stand)
So shouldn i use AMD APU Tuning Utility for better performance by undervolting apu? is there any tutorial?

Nothing stops you from trying, it can be returned to defaults and uninstalled,

Monitor temperatures and voltages but if you make any changes do them in as small as possible increments.
