Overclocked cpu and ram going back to stock everytime i shut down my pc

I overclocked my cpu to 3.7ghz 1.3volts and ram set to 3200mhz. Then i stress test with 70C temp for 1hr amd play games for 2++ hours with below 60C temp. all are stable. BUT whenever I shutdown my pc, my cpu and ram automatic going back to stock. Cpu went down to 3.2ghz and ram 2133mhz. Can someone help me please?

What are you using to overclock with? If you're using the RyzenMaster utility in Windows it will lose the settings at shutdown/restart. That's just the way it works. Many people like this as they only want the overclock when they need the processing power, as when gaming or doing high-intensity processing like a video encode or rendering.

Using the information you've gleaned from overclocking with RyzenMaster you have to repeat the same overclock in your computer BIOS screens if you want to make it permanent.

I overclock my cpu and ram thru BIOS.
 


That suggests your BIOS is resetting CMOS as it fails a POST. I'd try first resetting memory to defaults and get just the CPU to boot stable at overclocked settings. Once that's OK, go back to trying memory.
