I know I already asked a question along these lines but this is build 2.0. This will be a gaming pc and I will be overclocking it. Is there anything anyone would change about this? Thanks. I would prefer to stay under $1250 but I can go a bit higher if its worth the money. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/gXJqP6

No, and no.

Seasonic is a very good reliable PSU brand. so 650W is enough.

CPU won't bottleneck. For your information, you don't need to pay an I7 unless going on SLI build.

Also even when bottlenecking, getting a better video card will improve your gaming performances. Short story, bottlenecking is a myth, there is not a moment when your CPU limit your whole system to a given point regardless of your GPU. You can always upgrade your GPU and will ALWAYS get better performances.

I changed minor things because this was pretty good

Gigabyte Radeon R9 290 uses 450W loaded and i5 4670k max TDP is 80 W, so with that PSU you possibly won't be able to add another Radeon R9 290 to crossfire.... it's only my opinión.....

The R9 290 does not consume 450W on it's own. If you meant total system power, then yes he can use up to 450W so a 650W especially the XFX is ample for a single R9 290. If he wants to add another R9 290 then a 1000W would be highly recommended especially if he wants to overclock.

Thank you for the information :)

No problem :)
