Question Overclocked too much

I was bored and decided to be a [language], i overclocked my cpu from 3.9ghz to 4.7 ghz @ 1.475voltage. Now windows won’t boot up, and my keyboard and mouse don’t work in BIOS, but works in Advanced Boot Options. Keyboard and mouse light is on though. How do i get it to work in BIOS again? So i can reset my settings to default so my windows will boot again 🤕
