Is it ok to overclock my pc?

This is my pc build:
CPU: Amd Athlon 4x 860k
CPU: Cooler: Asetek 550lc cpu cooler
Mobo: MSI A68HM-E33- V2
GPU: XFX R7 360 2GB
PSU: 350 watt
Aftermarket fan: 120mm

You need to think about the power supply brand in question Ultra...


Like Zerk said, that shouldn't be enough power. Especially since it's an AMD CPU, AMD CPUs use more power than Intel CPUs. Anyway before I say I agree with Zerk, go on a power supply calc and calculate how much wattage you need, but remember to include the overclock in the wattage calculation. I suggest using eXtreme, as it will suggest a power supply for you.
 

You need to think about the power supply brand in question Ultra. 28A (336 Watts) on the 500 Watt model 12V rail (nothing near 500 Watts). If it can really even put that out.
