If you have ANY thought of overclocking your memory past it's profile speed, you need to read THIS, and then decide if you are actually willing to go through all that just to gain a few points on synthetic benchmarks, because that's about all you'll be gaining honestly. Regardless, even if the gains were huge, it would still be something you NEED to do if you mess with the frequency or timings.
