Overclocking 4790k/ASRock Z97 Extreme4..couple questions

I have a 4790k with an ASRock Z97 Extreme4 board. The board has the latest bios 1.80. I am gettinga Noctua NH-D14 heatsink this week and wanted to know a few things. Is it worth delidding the 4790k? I know with the 4770k it was almost a must to do in order to keep temps down with the TIM they used on it. But I didn't know if with the new TIM on the 4790k, if it was needed. Is there any good ASRock overclocking guides out there? I can't seem to find one for the board I have. Just wanted to try and see what my chip can get to. The more noob friendly the better
