Overclocking a i5-3570k to 4ghz

I'm about to purchase the CPU above for my gaming build and I wanted to know how hard it would be for a noob to overclock the CPU to 4ghz(maybe later to 4.2ghz). Will I have to change the voltages or can I do it with the multiplier easily? I will be using the Hyper 212 plus. Will heat be a problem with that cooler?

4.2Ghz should be reachable without a voltage change. The motherboard plays a big part in this as some are more overclock friendlier than others.
