Overclocking a i5 4690K

Hello guys and girl, i'm looking for some advice on overclocking my i5 4690k ive had some experience with overclocking since i have both my 970's overclocked jsut looking for some genaral advice on what overclock i could expect to get.

System Specs
MB- Asrock Fatailty Z97
CPU-i5 4690k
GPU- 2x Asus strix gtx 970 4gb
PSU-EVGA Supernova 850w
RAM- 16Gb G-Skills Ripjaw 2133MHz
SSD- Samsung 500Gb Evo
HDD- WD Black 2Tb
CPU Cooler-Corsair H110i GTX

CPU Info
Current Core Volts- 1.078v-1.092v
Current Core Clock Speed- 3.5MHz (3.799MHz Turbo)

Current Core temps Idle
Core 1- 32c-34c
Core 2- 28c-32c
Core 3-28c-32c
Core 4-28c-32c

Current Cpu Temps Underload (Tested)HWMonitor/3D Mark(Firestrike)/Uniengine Valley
Core 1- 36c-41c
Core 2- 32c-36c

Solution
I would change the multiplier to 45 and set the voltage to 1.22 and work from their.
I have my 4790K at 4.6 on 1.22 volts.
All chips are different so nobody can give you a exact number.
Test your overclock with OCCT not what your using.

Thank you for your help ive managed to get it to 4.6 MHz x46 on multiplier running at 1.38v temps are all good under stress cpu doesn't even reach above 65c
