Hey guys, i want to overclock my AMD 1055t to 3,5 GHZ, for gaming purpose (csgo).

I tried a lot of things (only on overdrive) but nothing is "stable" or i get direct blue screen.

My pc spec:
AMD 1055t @2.81 GHZ (With Stock cooler)
Asus Crosshair Formula IV
Kingston 2x2G @1600MHZ (khx1600c9d3k2)

Can anyone help me?

But overclocking to 4ghz will bring up my ram frequency way above 1333mhz/1600mhz won't it?

I read here that Phenom II cpu " don't " go 1333mhz+ ram (http://forum.giga-byte.co.uk/index.php/topic,2515.0.html)

Also, i just want 3,5ghz cuz I use the Stock Cooler (the cooler that came with the CPU) i'm afraid of overheating it :/.

(I am just trying to see if it can improve my fps a little more since CS:GO is pretty CPU depending).

I can look into it, from what I remember the phenoms were unlocked multipliers and the memory was perfectly fine at 1600, it was 1866 that was hard to reach those particular chips didn't get hot or require extra volts until you pushed 3.8GHz +

UP:

I just OC'ed my cpu to 3,50ghz manually without overdrive, it seems to be good but just to make sure:

CPU 3,50GHZ
Core Multiplier: 14x
CPU voltage: 1.32v
FSB: 250
NB voltage: 1.225
HT Link: 2006mhz
NB Multiplier: 8
NB speed: 2008mhz
Ram: 1333mhz

Max temp on Core Temp 1.0 = 57 degree (with Prime95 Torture Test 12minutes 0 error 0 fails)

Idle temp ~35
