Overclocking AMD Athlon II x2 245 from 2.90 GHz to 3.30 GHz, any difference?

On an Athlon II I think it does. Its just a matter of being able to keep it running stable. If you have a BIOS with easy to use overclocking abilities, its certainly worth a shot. If you have something like a Dell with limited abilities, then it might be a moot point.

i just overclocked it, lol, with stock cooler
i changed my stock voltage from 1.428v to 1.350v, then overclocked, i dont understand but my PC wont boot with stock voltage when OC'ing
did I just did it right? or the life of my PC will be over in no time?
i looked the temp at the bios at it says 33 degrees celsius after I overclocked
here the CPU-z screenshot

do you have any thoughts? or suggestions?
btw, motherboard is MSI-K9N6PGM2-V2

33 degrees is a good temp even under non-overclocked conditions. Now if you were hitting 50 or 60 degrees, then maybe you could worry! I ran Athlons overclocked for the whole time I had a computer. I did push things a bit far sometimes which would result in a crash. It can be a frustrating process of resetting the bios, moving the jumper to clear things etc. but overall if it stays stable, heat should not be an issue with these processors.
