Overclocking Asus P5G41T-M LX with Intel Q6600 Processor

I have a Asus motherboard P5G41T-M LX with Q6600 LGA 775 Core 2 Quad processor installed. RAM... I was thinking to upgrade it to Kingston 2x4GB KVR1600 DDR3. how far can I overclock the system to next level. Please advise.

ps: I am a beginner about overclocking...
