Overclocking Core i7 860 Lynnfield with Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo cooler.

Hi, I am new to overclocking.

The motherboard is Gigabyte P55 USB 3.0 and supports 4x4GB DDR3 @2200mhz 1.5v
I already have 4x4GB RAM 2133mhz 1.6v installed, but the pc beeps for a while , then restarts, if I try to run it at 2133 mhz and enable xmp.

Anyway, I want to be able to enable xmp as well as achieve maximum overclocked frequency without causing any damage. What values should I need to change in the BIOS? I need every tiny bit of details that are out there.
Also ,I would be grateful if you guys could tell exactly what values to put. I am providing a link to everything I have.
