Hey everyone I built my new computer and I have started overclocking my i5 4690k and I have some questions.

My system Specs are as follows:

CPU: i5 4690k.
CPU Cooler: Noctua u14s
Mobo: Asrock z97 Pro 4 (updated bios to latest version)
Ram: G Skill 2x8GB (16GB total) 2133 MHz, CAS 9, 1.60 Volts
Video Card: Gigabyte 980 ti
PSU: Corsair RM750
Case: Corsair 750D
Fans: 5 case fans
My temps have been great so far 69 Degree C at 1.242 Volts

Current Bios Settings

So right now with these settings I am stable at 4.6 GHz. I know I can go higher.

Questions

1. what is the highest cpu cache/uncore voltage that can be used for a 24/7 overclock.
2. Right now I'm using real temp to monitor temps, CPUID CPU-Z for system info, and AIDA64 for stress testing. but in cpu-z i cant see what my cpu cache/uncore voltage is is there a app that can show me that information.
3. Are these bios settings good for overclocking I did some research and choose these settings accordingly.
4. could my ram speed (2133 MHz) affect my cpu overclock.
5. Max vcore for 4690k for 24/7 overclock

Any and all help will be appreciated
-Cheers

Give me one second and I will get back to you, but 1 tip I reccomend you doing right now is disabling XMP, and Disabling Turbo Boost, You want the ram back to 1600 when messing with overclocks and you want turbo boost to be off so its not changing multipliers which is does not have enough Vcore to support.

ok I will change the ram speed, do I need to disable XMP or can I just change it to 1600 MHz in the bios? As for turbo boost it needs to stay enabled on Asrock motherboards or you cant overclock the multiplier. Anyway I have the bios set to force the 46 multiplier all the time.

The app for checking what you cant find is called HWMonitor, id reccomend getting it then posting the temps and voltages
