I'm looking for a simple guide to overclocking my system for faster renders.
My system has 7 fans and likely could stand higher temps

I don't have a lot of experience with bios.

Xeons and dual-processor motherboards do not readily lend themselves to overclocking. Especially with your stated level of expertise.
