overclocking e5700 with stock cooler

Hi,I want to know how much i can overclock e5700 using the stock cooler
note:i don't have any fans in the system excpt the psu and cpu fans.

i want to overclock because i 'm afraid it will bottleneck my gtx 750 ti

ohh it's a bottleneck. overclocking wont really help you in that department. it's a bit of a pain to overclock non-unlocked multiplier CPU's and your gains especially on a Pentium are not going to be worth while.
