Hi I have a problem with my pc. On a cold boot up it always goes into a boot loop after a couple of boot ups it seems to boot up normally but there is no signal with the monitor at all so I shut it down with the power button then start up again. Then it will boot up fine and give an error message "Overclocking has failed ...". then it would take me to the BIOS, and I would be able to continue to the Windows screen. It is not always the same, sometimes it gets stuck on boot screen or something but every time, I get the error message.

This is my specs:
MB: MS-7519
This is my motherboard:
https://us.msi.com/Motherboard/P43TC51.html
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400 @ 2.66GHz
OS: Windows 10 (64 bit)
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series
RAM: 8Gb
8GB (4x2GB) Corsair XMS2 DDR2-800 PC2-6400 Gaming Ram (CM2X2048-6400C5C)

So far I have only tried to disable 'Quick booting' at the boot menu which did not help
and also removed a second hard, which I read up that could be slowing down the boot up because it wasn't fast enough.

MERGED QUESTION
Question from furkan68k18 : "NEED Help setting DRAM ratio and FSB frequency."

Did you run memtest.org booted from a usb flash drive or CD?

Check all RAM seperately with memtest

The overclocking error always comes up if the PC couldn´t post/boot before or power was turned off.

Download the latest BIOS 2.6 and update the BIOS by M-Flash. Deactivate the flash protection before.
or if m-flash is not available:

how to create a bootable flash drive:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=06aRPJ5u8ns
how to flash a BIOS:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U8IBbrYq61E

most likely cause of your problem is a faulty power supply or motherboard, if the memtest doesn´t get errors

I put the bios files into a usb, set the bios to boot from usb but it still boot drom my hard drive windows 10 even though I disabled booting from other device. So I unplugged the hard drive and just left the usb in this time it says ‘operating system missing’. Please help me with this problem. Btw I heard bios flashing is really risky, how high of a risk do I have of messing up my mobo, I have made sure I have the right bios for my mobo?

Update: I was getting the boot loop again on a cold boot up, took out all 4 ram to test them one by one, the first one I tested it had the boot loop the other 3 were fine in the same slot, put the 'faulty' one in again it worked. I think it might be faulty but not enough to fail every time? Right now I have the 3 that worked the first time in going to see if I get the boot loop with only these 3 in.

Like I said the ram wasn't faulty enough to be picked up as faulty by memtest, I had already tried that. What I did was replace the faulty ram and I have no more problems. But now I've sold that system and have built a new pc.
