Overclocking I5 6600K past 4.3Ghz Problems

So a Long time ago I overclocked my I5 6600K to 4.2 Ghz, this worked perfectly without any voltage increases, and etc
to this day I still have that clock and Prime95 shows that this clock is perfectly stable, and Coretemp shows that I am usually within the 45-49C range when P95 is testing

so setting my clock to 4.3Ghz, in an effort to hopefully get my CPU to a much higher clock (My goal isn't to stop at 4.3)
at 4.3 with nothing else during P95, I get a bluescreen
at 4.3 this time with a voltage bump of 0.005 (the lowest I can raise it by, my Bios does it n increments of 0.005) I get another blue screen
I keep doing this until I get 1.255V on the Vcore, my temps are still fine but this time Prime95 doesn't bluescreen, instead it froze my pc...and It did this twice so I upped the voltage the lowest amount upwards I could go (1.260V) after that voltage bump, windows did not start up correctly and the only way to fix it was to go back into my bios and set my CPU back to my last stable point, 4.2Ghz

Now that the story is out of the way, why can't I go higher?
normally a CPU lets you raise it's frequency without any voltage increase, and lucky for me I was able to go from 3.5 to 4.2 without anything, but after that initial "free Mhz" as I would call it, usually you have to up the Vcore by teeny tiny increments until it is stable...but I just couldn't do that. I either got a bluescreen (which means up the voltage a tiny bit) or windows refused to boot. What do I need to do?

Keep in mind that throughout the entirety of these tests, my CPU temperate was fairly normal, the highest I ever saw it at was 75C during a P95 test and it went back down shortly after.

I guess I can keep on upping the Vcore just a bit, but what will happen when it works?
the reason I ask is because once it hit that 1.260V, windows refused to boot up. do I just keep putting up the voltage and eventually (maybe?) windows will boot up properly?

Using a Corsair H80i v2 Cooler, My case also has 7 fans, most of them are directly or partly touching the cpu in some way
(case is a rosewill blackhawk, usually has 5 fans but I've added an extra 2, one on top and another on the side)
