overclocking i7 5930k with asus rampage V extreme

hi guys does anyone have a stable overclocking setting for a i7 5930k with mobo asus rampage v extreme? just want to get what you guys current setting at.

i1 5930k @ 3.5
asus gtx 980 dual sli
antec high current pro 1300
1 tb samsung ssd
16gb corsair dominator DDR4
custom water loop cpu block

all cpus are different. any settings anyone gives you may or may not work with your cpu.

yeah i know, but i just wanted to get a general idea on what most people have their setting on with the same mobo,ram,and cpu. i never really OC my cpu and i wanted to try asus Ai suite but i'm not sure how safe it is

My 5820k is at stock right now, but I was able to get it to 4.0ghz easily, though idle temps were 42c.. I have a pretty crappy 120 aio... But, it depends on the silicon lottery.

You already have o/c profiles in the bios, just slot the lowest one of those, if it works then dial down the voltage until it doesn't. Mine is at 4.4Ghz with the RAM at 2400Mhz and that's all I did, temps 30s idle, 76C max under load. Sometimes you will get a crap cpu though, like my POS 4770K which can't even do 4Ghz and idles in the 40s at stock with an H80i, worst processor I've ever owned (had an i7 960 that did 4.1Ghz all day at 77C max temp with an H55).
