overclocking MSI gtx 970 gaming 4g by XFX PRO 550W Core Edition Full Wired 80+ Bronze PSU

I am going to buy msi gtx 970 gaming 4g (core clock 1140 mhz).
My pc specs-
Core i7 3770 3.4 ghz
Ram 8 gb ddr3 1600 bus (1 piece)
HDD 7200 RPM (2 pieces),
1 dvd rom,
1 fan cooler for cpu,
Extra 2 fan

I have found this in my market-
XFX PRO 550W Core Edition Full Wired 80+ Bronze PSU

Because I have less money to buy a high quality psu. Can i overclock both Cpu and gpu with this? Is it a good quality psu? Please let me know

Looks like it is t2, which is fine. Nevertheless, never underestimate the importance of a high quality psu, especially when overclocking. Be sure to check pcpartpicker to make sure you have the recommended wattage.

No , should be fine.

You can overclock both if you have a k CPU and a board that supports it a Z77.

There is no stock of XFX PRO 550W Core Edition in my market. Damn. but How about the Seasonic S12 II Bronze 520W? can i overclock my cpu and gpu though it has only 520 w?
