Um, I tell you what. I've got e4700@3.46ghz and before I had e4600@3.2ghz. What I've learned is that even 1.45v is too much for those cpus. The next thing is that yes, totally agree with jsc, 70C for them is max if you dont wanna buy a new one in a half of a year.(my both e4600 and e4700 need now more juice then before and I even had to lower the clock.) The third thing is that I am not quite sure whether your mobo supports 1066fsb. If it doesn't, set the FSB voltage +3 at once. It won't destroy it. I've got ga-945pl-s3 with crappy cooling on it and works fine for over two years now. And just for you to now, this cpu is bottlenecking your gpu. No matter what clock you set. You'd need at least four cores. Really, 5770 needs a better cpu. Oh, right, cooling, look for something cheap, at 3ghz it wont produce much heat, and im guessing youll need to set the voltage at 1.375 or something like that, oh, before you buy anything, see what are the temps with the stock cooling.
