Overclocking my monitor.

Hi! So i was just wondering if you overclock your monitor like i did (from 60hz to 75hz) and i buy a 75hz monitor, Will there be a difference. Or will it be the same. Like. A overclocked 75hz monitor compared to a normal 75hz monitor look the same? Thanks.

As long as you did the frame skip test 75hz is 75hz.
