overclocking R9 280X

Guys i just need to ask you do i need a gaming motherbaord for Overclocking my Gigabyte R9 280X gpu because i have a cheap motherboard and secondly is my my 650watt powersupply good enough for it ...just in case my rig is as follows


Processor : i7 3770 3.4GHz
Motherboard : Asus H61M-K
RAM : 8 + 4 = 12gb Corsair vengeance
GPU:Gigabyte R9 280X 384bit
PSU; Corsair VS650 - 650 Watt
