I just Purchased an i7 12700k and a MSI Pro Z690 Mobo which will be a major upgrade for me coming from an i5 8600k and a msi Z370 mobo and with World of Warcraft being the only game I really play I know it is cpu and RAM dependent. I have to go with a low profile RAM due to my case a Corsair 4000D and having a 280mm aio mounted on top so I have been looking at the Corsair VENGEANCE LPX 3600MHz CL16 32gb up from. (16 gb) and the Kingston Fury Beast 3600MT/s CL18 32gb and wonder if anyone has manually OC'd them? I've OC'd CPU's but never RAM so eant to gi e it a try and see if I can push it even further than the clock speed if anyone has what were you able to get yours at?

Are you sure you bought z590 because that's the wrong board for 12th gen. From 6 series supports 12th gen.

Depending on ddr4/5 support, ddr4 3600 cl16 or 18 is good, I'd just leave it at default xmp values, you won't notice more if you overclock by lowering timings but much rather run into stability issues most likely. Ddr5, 6000 cl 30 or 32 is the sweet spot.
