Origin PC announced that its EON, ND, and NS gaming laptops will now be equipped with new Intel 8th generation (Coffee Lake) Core i7 processors. In addition, these new versions sport a returning feature in the form of CPU overclocking.

Thanks Derek for this post. I am looking for a heavy duty laptop that can run virtual machines, Visual Studio, 3d rendering, Photo and video editing softwares. So is there any difference in performance between the laptop processors and laptops with the desktop processors. Are orign laptops good enough in the long run if I invest in it or do you know of any other laptop that can handle such softwares better in the long run. I was looking at origin since they are the only coffee lake K series processors inside of a laptop. Please let me know.
