Ok, so basically I've been having this problem where when I overclock past 4 GHz, when windows boots I get a "missing C:/windows/win32 x.exe/dll/whatever" but when I lower my clock back below 4, it boots fine. Literally no changes but decreasing the clock and windows can find all of the files.

Does anyone have a solution to this? I'd love to get back to overclocking.

Edit: For emphesis, I just wanted to say that literally 5 minutes ago I was getting a missing win32 file error on boot, now I'm in windows and everything is running fine.

Well, if you OC over 4Ghz, your CPU is likely to produce faulty RAM content. Just clock back until you don't have the issue anymore.
