Overclocking the cpu to play Tom Clancy's The Division

Hello guys , i know this may be a very specific question or not in the right forum, but here it goes.
I was trying to play the division beta and my pc cant even open the game, i know my CPU is probably the worst component but i was wondering if you guys could help me overclock it and help me run the game, ty.

Game requirements:

Tom Clancy’s The Division Minimum Requirements
CPU: Intel Core i5-2400 | AMD FX-6100, or better
CPU Speed: Info
RAM: 6 GB
OS: Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 (64-bit versions only)
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 with 2 GB VRAM (current equivalent NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760) | AMD Radeon HD 7770 with 2 GB VRAM, or better
Free Disk Space: 40 GB

CPU: Intel premium G3258 20th anniversary edition -> overcolcked at the moment at 4.0 GHz pics down there
GPU: Nvidia Geforce 750 TI
RAM: 8gb
OS: WIndows 10 64 bits
600W power supply

So my quesiton is can i somehow run the game with an overclock or i simply cant? If yes, could you help me put the values? Ty for all the help and sorry for bad english.

You will likely have to lower the settings to get it to play smoothly, but....it'll still run.

No idea where Zerk is getting his information from, but.....his post is quite possibly the dumbest thing I've heard all day. I just started browsing Tom's Hardware forums, though, so...the day is young.

Might not be as dumb as you the core 2X has 4 threads not 2. You might be better off doing more research before posting that's why he can't even launch the game.
He can turn the settings to low / off or anything he wishes BUT I guess not because you need to be able to launch the game to do any of that. I guess he could hack the settings without getting in game but it still would not play.
Got to love the new people with very limited knowledge. Less posting more research, check back in about 15 years.

lol...get right on that

I stand corrected. For some reason I thought that the 3258 had hyperthreading. I don't often look at / research low end hardware.
