Overclocking

Hello,
This is shiva, Some time when am TURN ON my
computer its showing a message like this.
A75071MX V3.1.030108
Inten(R) Pentinum(R) Dual E2140 @1.60GHz,
Speed:200x8=1600MHz, Memory Frequency for DDR2 667
(Dual-channel) Installing USB controller... Done.
Warning !!! The Previous Performance of overclocking is
failed, and the system is restored ti the defaults setting,
Press any key except "DEL"to enter setup...

Press DEl key to enter setup menu, f11 to enter book menu.

Please let me know whats the problem with my computer.

It sounds like you tried to overclock it, the system failed to boot, so the default settings were restored so that it could boot. Try a less aggressive overclock.
