Overheating Microsoft Surface Pro

Hi my Microsoft Surface Pro overheats a lot when online browsing.Any Tips please?Its the First Surface Pro with i5 Proccesor.

this the first gen right? Not the pro 2 or 3.

Is there dust in the exhaust and intakes? Even if so or not, buy some compressed air and blow it in those to get rid of any dust interfering with the cooling.

Is it the i7 original version, if it is they are known to be hot
