Overheating of Graphics Card

So I have a zotac gtx 1060 6gb mini graphics card and the problem is that my GPU gets really hot. I keep the side panel of my case open so that airflow is possible. I also sometimes touch the back plate of the gpu and it is really hot which also leads to the crashing of my games. I technically can assure it might cross 90°C because I already checked with a software and it easy touched 75 when playing games can someone please help me.

Down the voltage by .5 so if it’s 1.25 do 1.2

Hot to the touch is not at all indicative of anything. You need to get the temperature readings from a software tool for it.
