I have a Ryzen 5 3600. I bought an aftermarket cooler (Arctic freezer 34 esports duo) and by doing a stress test(Cinebench r23) I am still seeing 80 degrees.
Is it normal?

Specs:
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: RTX 3060 Ti
MOBO: B450 Tomahawk Max
PSU: Corsair VS650
RAM: 16GB DDR4 3600MHZ
HDD: Toshiba dt01aca100 1TB (nearly full)
SSD: Samsung 750 Evo 500GB (nearly full)
OS: Windows 11
FANS: 1 fan as exhaust

One exhaust fan may not be enough without a fan to bring cool air in.

We're going to need a little more info to add context to your issue.

Please parse the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

Include the fan orientation/airflow in your case and the ambient room air temps. Adding an image of what you're seeing in HWMontior will also aid. By stress, please parse what you're using to induce a load on the system to get those temps. You're going to need other app's to tax the system and see what temps you get. What sort of temps did you get with the stock cooler?
