Overheating + shutting down

Hello,

A few weeks ago my computer began shutting down when I would open any kind of game. Did a lot of troubleshooting to identify heat problems - reapplied fresh thermal paste to the heatsink, manually upped the rpms on my GPU fan, and bought two new fans entirely. The problem stopped for about a week, and is now doing it again. My CPU is idling at around 55 at times, and my GPU is idling around 60 at times. I understand these to be high temps for idling. So my last thought is that the PSU is failing. I've had it for about five years. Can anyone tell me what these voltage specs mean, and if they indicate a failing psu at all? The PSU is a Thermaltake TR2 600W.

Here's a link to the voltage specs: http://imgur.com/a/jWwmi

Other stuff:
Windows 10 64-bit
AMD 8320 8-core, 3.5ghz
AMD Radeon RX 480

This is driving me bananas. Should I just go ahead and buy a new PSU? And if so, can anyone recommend something good?

Hey,
Do you have good cooling such as a good cpu cooler and good cooling fans? I don't think it could be the PSU because that would good enough for your system. If you do have fans in your case, tell me the brand.
