Question overlapping texts

Hi. A query, when making an online print, appears some cut texts. It is a record of school grades and the second digit of the grade is partially printed vertically. But I printed the same document on another laptop and printer and it worked out well. I send a picture so they can see. Please help.

What software (web browser?) did you use to print? Did you use the same on both computers?

It's a virtual environment, a platform, I use the Chrome browser. I print it on the Chrome by doing Ctrl + P. Yes, I use the same in both. My laptop uses windows 8.1 and my desktop computer uses windows 7. But on another computer it looks and prints well. Will the operating system have anything to do with it?

Crome has a function that let you print as PDF files. Do you get better results when open these pdf files ?

I just figure it out! I had changed the font zise to large, I just change it to medium and it and so the problem was solved. Thank you again

sometimes pdf files get better results.
